These come as a set of four brass castings to be bolted on to your side frames with 10ba bolts. The mounting holes are 2.1mm in diameter, but could be drilled out slightly bigger. The axle hole is 3.1mm to take a 3mm axle, but again, can be drilled out to take a larger axle.
