This section is for customers that have contacted us for anything that is 'out of the ordinary', i.e, they have lost or damaged a part beyond their repair.
 
You should only use this facility after having contacted us. We will then give you instruction as to how many 'Custom Orders' to purchase to cover the parts you need.
 
As can be seen, each 'Custom Order' is worth £1, and you'd simply buy multiples until the agreed value is reached, refering to our conversation with you.
